UK Brand Campaign

OVERVIEW

Xero UK’s first Out of Home advertising aimed to boost brand awareness and position Xero as disruptors in a stagnant market. Focussing on London, the UK’s largest small business community, the Underground campaign aimed to increase website visits and increase trials and customer growth.

The campaign was executed in two phases spread over four months with both phases highlighting the importance of cashflow and mobility to small business success.

Phase One focused on businesses understanding their numbers – anywhere, anytime on any device. The core message and brand benefit – ‘Xero in on your business’ was used alongside a suite of localised illustrations.

An illustration set of local London landmarks was created for digital escalator panels customised for each location.

Categories

A wide range of category illustrations helped to showcase the breadth of industries that can use Xero.

Businesses

To unify all businesses in the campaign a suite of illustrations was created, aligning the customer with the Xero look and feel.

Phase Two continued the cashflow and mobility messaging through the voices of local Xero customers, showcasing the large network of UK small businesses who already Xero in.
